The feasibility study and concept design for a retail, leisure and casino development located centrally between Johannesburg and Pretoria, in the Gauteng province of South Africa.
The development site was originally the home of a regional horse racing venue, and a new racecourse was included as part of the redevelopment proposals of the site, located at the heart of the focus for the hotel and casino.
The overall development comprises 3.5M sq.ft of retail, a casino, Hilton International Hotel and Conference Centre, racecourse, leisure and water park, transport terminus, with underground parking for 6.500 cars.
