A joint venture between Dublin based Douglas Wallace Architects, SMC Gower Architects and SMC Group Architects to deliver a mixed use development comprising 200,000 sqft of fashion retail, anchored by Dunnes Stores and NEXT, a 5-star hotel, 120 high class ‘city style’ apartments and a multi storey car park.
This waterfront development is located alongside the river Boyne, on the eastern edge of Drogheda, approximately 30 miles north of Dublin, and includes the provision of a new pedestrian footbridge over the river.
The development has been concluded in a contemporary design, and incorporates a section of existing bonded warehouses within the final scheme.
Further phases are planned to include for high quality residential apartments and additional retail.
