SMC Gower Management Services also provides Building Surveying services on a professional, responsive and competitive basis.

These duties include the following:

• Building Condition Surveys including general condition, floor, fire and structural conditions
• Defect Diagnosis
• Party Wall Act 1996 issues
• Health and Safety Risk Assessment Surveys

Our duty is to our client in all issues and is provided through our Chartered Building Surveying staff.
